Job description: This position reports directly to the CEO based in US and directs all our Marketing initiatives including, field marketing programs, event initiatives, corporate communication and manages key elements of strategy, planning, execution, outcomes, and reporting of these activities across the organization. This role also manages field level marketing activities and incorporates marketing and regional sales input to create an annual, comprehensive calendar of activities that builds brand awareness and delivers sales leads for all on- and-offsite events. Essential Functions : Develops and executes overall strategic and tactical marketing plans for corporate and regional programs, including: Creates and implements a comprehensive global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and targets diverse markets. Partners with and align functional teams to deliver on regional or national marketing and strategies Oversees brand development and management to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all regions and touchpoints. Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and PR, to generate leads and support salesefforts Manages reporting results monthly to include number of contacts, leads, sales opportunities generated and closed with overall spend. Collaborates with Executive leadership, and the entire management team to ensure a consistent message and brand image Optimizes plan through insightful data-driven analysis and recommendations based on expert professional insight. Acts as the contact across regional market support for initiatives including promotions, program communications, market expansions and other events. Communicates marketing and brand strategies to executive team, sales leaders, operations teams and other groups to align cross-functional resources and goals. Manages all corporate communications, PR, internal and external communication channels, social media presence etc. Manages Sponsorship and Events by coordinating the resources, staffing, media and other materials necessary to ensure the successful execution of sponsorships and events. Leads company wide events such as annual sales kick-off, town halls and other events Manages annual budget and optimizes ROI by tracking leads and results generated for Sales team, as well as overall success of each program. Manages regional marketing materials, collateral and promotional gift fulfillment. Responsible for all aspects of online and field marketing, working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure that key input is incorporated into marketing efforts. Directs outside agencies and key partners in developing online and offline initiatives, as well as optimizing spend to ensure efficient execution. Sets priorities and manages work flow of various projects and assignments; keep track of all budgets and timelines on a project by project basis. Builds a robust digital marketing strategy that supports the overall goals of our Company. Recruits, mentors and manages a team of marketing professionals to ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals and deliver exceptional results. Other duties as assigned . Minimum Requirements: Candidate must be familiar with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures supporting field marketing programs and event sponsorship activities Expert with Cross-team coordination of both internal and external resources, vendors and contributors to effectively and efficiently meet marketing goals Experience with significant budget responsibility, backed by proven analytical, financial and organizational skills Experience leading cross-functional teams, with proven project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Microsoft Office skills required - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Business knowledge or experience in the IT, technology, industry preferred. Must exhibit customer-facing agility, professionalism, and confidence, to successfully engage with C- suite and colleagues, with a willingness to interact significantly with Sales and Customers. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written)skills to represent company with a composed and polished demeanor. Experience / Skills : The position requires at least 12-15 years of marketing experience; including event and communications experience. Significant experience managing strategy, planning and execution of B2B events and marketing communication programs, while supporting disparate teams or groups across a large or global firm, technology industry preferred. Proven success overseeing marketing events, advertising and promotional activities across a large national or global organization. Business-to-business marketing experience is required. Must be self-directed with excellent time management skills. Willingness to travel globally and spend time in US as needed is required.
