Job description: The Program Manager at Tracxn is responsible for taking full ownership and running multiple programs within a department. The responsibilities include implementing projects, training people, running operations, tracking performance etc.

Examples of what the role entails -

- Executing a new set of marketing campaigns

- Detailing individual boxes of a process blueprint

- Defining operation SOPs and training executives on it

- Running the brand campaign on social media

Key Responsibilities:

Solve problems

- Take complete ownership of the design and processes implemented for your program

- Identify gaps and improvement areas and provide solutions

- Divide solution into multiple projects

- Breakdown these solutions into further actionables

Implement

- Define approach and actionable steps for the projects

- Build required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Try to automate as much as possible

- Ensure training of involved personnel and identify specific training programs if needed

- Run operations related to your programs

Monitor progress

- Set up a monitoring protocol and design MIS reports

- Proactively monitor progress of the processes implemented using the designed MISes

- Continuously Identify areas of improvement in the processes

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 4 years of work experience
