Role Description This full-time onsite role, located in Bengaluru, is for a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive. The Sr. Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing digital marketing strategies to promote Iron Lady's programs. Day to day tasks include identifying target audiences, devising campaigns, analyzing metrics and conversion rates, and working closely with social media teams. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or a related field 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field Expertise in Social Media Platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google AdWords, HTML, web development is a big plus Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
