We are currently seeking an Senior Manager- Delivery & Ops- Performance Marketing with 2+ years of experience & understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Web and mobile performance and Lead generations as well as good understanding of DSPs and working on optimizing the campaigns.

What will you do:

  • Onboard, Negotiate and Execute contracts with new and existing publishers.
  • Have good understanding of Affiliate marketing, Web and mobile performance and Lead generations.
  • Develop and execute Performance and Affiliate campaigns across various channels & Lead the Operations and Delivery team.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, identify trends and insights.
  • Understanding the frauds and fraud filter tools to analyze the traffic and action.
  • Work with internal teams to align campaign objectives with business goals and customer needs.
  • Have good understanding of DSPs and working on optimizing the campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the clients pipeline and work on the inventory to align with expectations.
  • Reporting on monthly impact and growth to all involved stake holders, Sharing regular MIS and reports to respective stakeholders and publishers.
  • Oversee the relationship between the company and its publishing partners.

Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • MS Office, Excel, PPT.
  • Experience working with advertising and marketing clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
