Job description: Social Media Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities : -Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire customers. -Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support. -Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. -Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. -Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. -Maintains social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. -Maintains social media marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. -Develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. -Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and metrics, and brainstorm fresh strategies -Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly SM calendar which includes monthly targets, objectives, and initiatives -Maintain social media marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training team members -Achieve financial objectives by preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions Social Media Marketing Manager Qualifications & Skills : 3-5 years of social media management Paid experience Social media skills Great written and verbal communication skills. Sourcing and managing content development and publishing. Should be able to generate creative content. Good knowledge of Facebook Ads, YouTube Adwords, TikTok Ads, and Instagram Ads. Creating and retaining customer relationships Managing Processes of uploading content Self-prompted but customer-focused Proficient in advertising and marketing studies and statistical analysis Salary Range - 6 to 8 Lacs Per Annum
