Job description: About the job: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Social Media Intern to support our Content team in delivering outstanding social media services to our clients. As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in creating kickass performance-driven content, developing creative strategies, and analyzing social media data to drive engagement and growth for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Help our Social Media Managers to develop and execute social media strategies for various clients across different platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Pinterest 2. Coordinate with the design and video team and get the content plan executed within the deadline 3. Influencer Marketing (Research, scout, shortlist, negotiate, coordinate and report) 4. Assist Content writers to write content that aligns with the client's brand voice and style 5. Assist in the management of social media accounts, including posting, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and DMs 6. Analyze social media data and work on the monthly growth report What you get: 1. Stipend: 5,000/- per month 2. Flexible timings, we don't care what time you work as long as you get the job done! 3. Work from Home but you'll be expected to accompany us on client shoots around 1-2 times a month 4. Opportunity to work with us full-time post internship Skills & Qualifications: 1. Currently pursuing a Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field 2. Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for personal or professional purposes 3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when necessary 4. Familiarity with basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Inshot) is a plus We don't expect you to know everything! We're looking for someone who is new to the field and eager to learn so that we can guide you along the way. Our Founders will have consultations with you and coach you into the world of Social Media, so freshers are totally welcome! This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing while doing your undergraduate degree as you get to practically apply what you're learning and execute it with us.
