Candidate Essentials We are seeking candidates who are strongly motivated to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment and who have: Bachelors /Masters in Arts or Technology from a reputed institute of education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Content creation, animation, copyrighting and strategizing based on market behaviour Knowledge of related marketing software and market research related techniques. Good command of the English language. Needs to be proficient both is spoken and written, with knowledge of specific terminologies Responsibilities Developing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness through digital channels such as search engines, social media, and online advertising Develop, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns for specific target regions of the company to aid lead generation Discover and liaise with other external marketing agencies for management of marketing campaigns React to tactical marketing opportunities including events and sponsorships Design standardised reports on competitive benchmarking & analysis Create monthly social media plan and work with creative agencies to deliver and build calendar of all planned activity along with budget and timelines Creating content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences Coordinating with designers, programmers, and other team members to develop new digital tools and features Coordinating with multiple teams and determining vision based goals to be achieved in short and long-term Taking initiative in testing the market environments of the target locations and improving customer engagement Providing suggestions through market research for expanding products and location of operations The candidate needs to have an open mindset to manage any new suggestions or changing circumstances and needs to be prepared to mitigate them, if need be Additional Description Full time with flexible work hours The role is onsite, in our office based in Chennai, India Compensation is based on expertise and relevant experience Applicants are to submit a comprehensive portfolio showcasing their prior work experience on request.
