Job description: Job Description:-1. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.2. Outbound Calls:- Initiate outbound calls to prospects with the aim of introducing Oswaal Book's products and services.- Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition of our educational materials.3. Sales Conversion:- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling.- Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.4. Relationship Building:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.- Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.5. Product Knowledge:- Develop a deep understanding of Oswaal Book's product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.6. Sales Reporting:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in the company's CRM system.- Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.Qualifications and Skills:-1. Proven experience in tele marketing and sales conversion, preferably in the education sector.2. Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.4. Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.5. Knowledge of educational products and the publishing industry is a plus.6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.7.
