As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst at the University of the People, you will have a significant opportunity to impact and drive the organization to new heights. You will influence decision making processes throughout the user journey, be a partner to different teams within the marketing department, and drive strategic business decisions that shape the direction of the marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary data authority for each initiative you engage in, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy. Master the marketing data infrastructure, serving as the primary troubleshooter for data queries from critical business partners. Create and improve new and existing business processes, data pipelines, and workflows Develop dashboards and visualizations to track funnel, campaign, and product performance Track and monitor high-level KPIs. Serve as a primary authority for setting and monitoring all KPIs for the Marketing Operations department. Analyze, process, and present different parts of the customer journey flows. Brainstorm and execute A/B testing ideas, furthering our understanding of user behaviors and market trends Utilize advanced statistical methodologies to conduct in-depth analyses and tests. Be a key collaborator with diverse marketing teams, including marketing automation, product, paid marketing, social media, content, lifecycle, processing, and more Deliver persuasive presentations to stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights and strategy Act as the primary data authority for each initiative you engage in, ensuring data accuracy and relevancy Lead and develop a small and growing team of marketing data analysts Qualifications and Skills: At least 5+ years of experience in marketing data analytics field 5+ years of experience and expert level of SQL and data visualization skills - Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc Experience working with data warehouses (BigQuery, Azure, etc) Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights to improve performance Independent, dedicated, and action-oriented Ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment Excellent English Advantages : Experience building ETL processes Experience with Google data products - GA4, GBQ, etc
