Job description: Key Responsibilities:- Digital Strategy Management : Take ownership of developing and executing the companys overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with AiTrillions goals and objectives.- Digital Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance, and support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.- Google AdWords Management : Oversee and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic, and conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).- Affiliate Management : Develop and manage the affiliate marketing program, working with key partners to increase brand visibility and drive revenue through affiliates.- Content Marketing : Drive content marketing efforts, creating engaging and relevant content to attract and retain customers while enhancing the brands online presence.- Hands-on Experience : Utilize your practical expertise to actively participate in campaign execution, keyword research, ad copy creation, and content development.- Data-driven Approach : Utilize analytics tools and data insights to measure campaign performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.- Budget Allocation : Efficiently allocate budgets across various digital marketing channels to achieve maximum results and cost-effectiveness.- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Implement CRO strategies to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.- Stay Abreast of Industry Trends : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying them to enhance AiTrillion's marketing strategies.Requirements :- Proven track record in successfully managing digital marketing strategies, digital teams, Google AdWords campaigns, affiliate marketing programs, and content marketing initiatives.- Strong hands-on experience in setting up, optimizing, and managing Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.- Demonstrated expertise in affiliate marketing, managing partnerships, and leveraging affiliates to generate revenue.- Proficiency in content marketing, with the ability to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience.- Data-driven mindset, using analytics tools to derive insights and make data-backed decisions.- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.- Prior experience in the SAAS or e-commerce industry is advantageous.- If you have a passion for driving digital marketing excellence and possess hands-on experience in Google AdWords, affiliate management, and content marketing, AiTrillion offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of e-commerce marketing automation.
