Job description: - To keep an overview of the sales functions of the hotels on a daily basis- Interfacing with the Operator sales team on a day-to-day basis- Assisting the hotel's team in generating business, especially from local markets- Nurture the existing client base as well as focus on new business by using company database, networking, B2B opportunities & exhibitions- Observe the front desk and Guest Services departments- Handle VIP and owner guests courteously, professionally and promptly- Handle Guest complaints and issues are handled in a time-bound and efficient manner- Book all reservations and discounts on behalf of the owning company after approval of the Hospitality business- Follows up on all public reviews and social media channels.- Coordinate regarding the development and implementation of sales marketing campaigns with the Team- Work closely with the team to schedule events for our internal members and client- Coordinate regarding Director's Bills and payments with the Hotel Accounts team under the approval of the concerned hospitality business.
