Role Description Amadora is seeking a full-time Senior Associate, PR and Marketing for our Bengaluru location. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing public relations and marketing strategies, handling media relations, organising promotional events, and monitoring competitor activity. This is an on-site role that will require excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and a strong track record of success in public relations and/or marketing. Responsibilities: Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and bloggers. Create compelling press releases and pitch story ideas to secure write-ups in magazines and online publications. Event Planning: Plan and execute pop-up events, product launches, and collaborations to create buzz and engage our community. Ensure seamless event logistics and maximize brand visibility. Influencer Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values. Develop influencer partnerships, manage campaigns, and track results to ensure maximum ROI. Store Events: Curate and coordinate in-store events and activations to enhance customer experiences and drive foot traffic to our stores. Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging and shareable content for social media, blog posts, and newsletters. Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze PR and marketing campaign performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field 3+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and email marketing Experience with media relations and event planning Demonstrated ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
