About the Role We are looking for a Senior Associate, Marketing for Email marketing & SEO to support our rapidly growing product marketing team. As the Email Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email marketing campaigns. This includes managing email databases, crafting engaging newsletters, and leveraging web technologies to drive sales growth. For SEO, this role includes onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. You'll also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure their success. Roles and Responsibilities: Identify the target audience and strategically grow the email list. Create and execute impactful direct email marketing campaigns. Ensure clarity, grammar, and spelling in all email communications. Guarantee mobile responsiveness of email templates. Write newsletters with comprehensive company updates. Upgrade email templates with graphics, personalization, and advanced features. Maintain prompt and accurate client communication via email to minimize unsubscribes. Develop and manage email databases for lead generation. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements. Report on sales revenue generated through email marketing efforts. Ensure emails adhere to industry policies and best practices. Develop and execute successful SEO strategies, manage agencies, conduct keyword research, review technical issues, and optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy. Education and Desired Qualifications: BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field 3+ years of work experience in email marketing is required Proven work experience in Email Marketing & SEO Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems Proficiency in marketing automation technology Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics Familiarity with analytical and database tools Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Strong project management skills An ability to work under tight deadlines Equal Opportunity Employer WeWork India is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
