Job description: Job Title : SEM EXECUTIVE Position: Executive Paid Search Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with internship experience can also apply) Preferred Industry: Digital Marketing, Advertising and Marketing, IT and ITES, e-commerce Job Summary: As an Executive Paid Search, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies that align with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of paid search best practices and the ability to analyze data to drive campaign performance. Responsibilities: Develop and execute paid search strategies to drive client objectives, including campaign setup, optimization, and ongoing management. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for expansion. Create and test ad copy, creative assets, and landing page variations to improve campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices in paid search advertising. Generate regular performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency or corporate setting. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid search platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to monitor campaign performance (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
