The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, CloudCraze, CDP, and Advertisement Studio. As a Salesforce Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Salesforce system and its related applications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that meet business needs using the Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, CloudCraze, CDP, and Advertisement Studio Customize and configure Salesforce applications to ensure they meet the needs of the organization Work with other team members to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, providing timely resolutions to problems Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends, making recommendations for updates and improvements as necessary Participate in code reviews and ensure that all development work follows best practices Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that Salesforce integrates effectively with other applications and platforms Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Salesforce Technology Specialist, with expertise in the Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, CloudCraze, CDP, and Advertisement Studio Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including data architecture, security, and integration capabilities Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and REST APIs Experience working with third-party applications and integrating them with Salesforce Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified Architect, are a plus If you meet these qualifications and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
