Job description: Position - Sales and Marketing Manager Experience - 10-15 yrs in Post Harvesting Job Responsibilities To drive a business through the Regional Sales Team and agents. Drive the business in the respective product segment with a focus on profitability; create a suitable strategy to grow the business. Supervise the end-to-end marketing and business development connected to the respective product segment. Strong in system engineering knowledge and system integrating. Build and lead the team towards achievement of business goals; focus on building the right capabilities Collaborate with other teams towards a common organization goal Provide inputs to the management for the organization growth Performance will be measured against specific targets, and the overall contribution to the organization growth. Profile Should have strong operational exposure across Marketing, Engineering and product launch; Exposure to Agri/Color Sortex industry is not a must but should have adaptability to handle such industry and deal with diverse customers Should have worked in an organized environment and be able to follow systems and processes and at the same time create new processes to tmeet the changing needs of the market place. Possess leadership qualities, strengths in communication, teamwork, work with different cultures, nationalities, etc. Experience in leading a team and developing them for the future is a comfortable role for you International business experience including interaction with multi-cultural teams Dynamic, committed, transparent and open-minded with independent and strategic thinking abilities.
