Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing specialist, located in Bengaluru. 1. Leverage CRM database to manage patient enquiries and data, log calls, generate reports to deliver actionable insights. 2. Originate and cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients 3. Strategizing and executing aggresive outbound calling campaigns 4. Responding to patient enquiries 5. Answering questions about hospital services Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Sales proficiency Outbound and inbound calling Documentation skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability Patient counselling is a plus sales and telemarketing expertise
