Role Description We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at our Pune location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relations, providing mentorship and training to our sales teams, and playing a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers. Understand customer needs and preferences, providing them with tailored solutions and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Sales Team Mentorship: Train, mentor, and support sales teams in achieving their targets and developing their sales skills. Monitor and provide constructive feedback to enhance the performance of the sales teams. Sales Strategy Development and Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine sales strategies that align with business goals. Execute and oversee the implementation of sales plans, continually analyzing their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed. Revenue Generation: Work towards increasing revenue by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition. Set and monitor sales targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. Analyze data and insights to make data-driven decisions and refine sales strategies. . Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Expertise in sales and sales management Experience in training and mentoring teams Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field Experience in a related industry would be beneficial
