Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will create and implement strategies to meet sales targets, provide customer service and support, train sales staff, and manage sales activities. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will also develop and maintain relationships with customers and distributors. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven sales experience Ability to train and develop sales staff Strong sales management skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus
