The company is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Laymen Agro Ventures Private Limited. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing activities such as developing and implementing sales plans, conducting market research, creating and delivering sales presentations, managing customer relationships, identifying training needs, and managing sales teams. This role is located in Coimbatore. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and Development of teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus Fluency in Tamil is a plus
