Job description: Job Description : Sales Cum Marketing Personnel (Food Products) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Food Product Sales and Marketing Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of food products, implementing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyse market data to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements. Plan and execute marketing campaigns/Expos to promote food products. Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our food product offerings. Provide product training to sales team members. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Gather customer feedback to improve products and services. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients. Highlight the unique selling points and benefits of our food products. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Work closely with the production team to ensure product availability and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing within the food industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Knowledge of food industry regulations and trends. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. P.
