Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive / OPT Recruiter at Winaxis LLC located in Ahmedabad. The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role that includes sales, marketing, market planning, market research, and communication. They will be responsible for recruiting and staffing for tech & non-tech people in the US, UK, and Canada, especially for F1 OPTs, H1B, and green-card holders of the USA. Qualifications Experience in market planning, market research, and communication Experience in sales and marketing Demonstrated ability in recruiting and staffing for tech & non-tech people in the USA, UK, and Canada Understanding of the F1 OPT, H1B, and green-card holder recruitment process Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience in the staffing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
