Your key role will involve generating new business opportunities and managing marketing and customer service activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience Knowledge on digital marketing, social media advertising would be an added qualification Ability to generate leads from LinkedIn and convert them to Prospects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent written communication for client email handling Negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and convert leads to prospects and customers Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs effectively. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with sales software and ease of use of software applications for reporting purposes Willingness to travel and meet the clients as needed for client meetings and presentations. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of software solutions, strong sales skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Participating in sales team meetings. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that showcase the value of the organization's offerings Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients, present the organization's products or services, and arrange sales meetings or product demonstrations Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and addressing their concerns Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as a point of contact for post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
