Job description: Develop and manage marketing campaigns aimed at improving subscriber retention across multiple channels (email, whatsapp, sms) Partner with Brand and Product marketing to develop key messaging points and direct response creative across mediums Develop email best practices to share with stakeholders across the organization including creative, marketing, ecommerce Analyze marketing campaign performance including email metrics, conversion, and retention to understand effectiveness and ROI Should have worked on D2C (direct to consumer) brands, it's necessary, not optional Should know how to operate platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify email, Omnisend, Business on Bot, LimeChat, Zoko, Interakt etc. Location: Bangalore, currently we have work from home but the office will be setup in North Bangalore in 4-6 months, the candidate should be open to coming to office 5 days a week once the office opens up
