In this role, you will…

Responsible for the management of all Orthodontist channel’s Growth Programs across APAC - From creating, supporting and continuously improving the structure and content of the programs.

This person will work with internal stakeholders to develop overall strategies, sales positioning, marketing campaigns, and implementation of Orthodontist programs.

An important aspect of the role will be understanding the journey of an Orthodontist, identifying the different needs at various points of the journey and delivering the right programs with the right resources at the right time.

This person will be the SPOC between region and markets for Growth Program execution and will also work with Cross functional teams from Product, Clinical, Professional Marketing Communications and Sales Force Excellence to drive Program efficacy and impact.

The person will also oversee and manage relevant KPI related Dashboards and act as SPOC between Global and Region for all admin related activities.

The person will meet regularly with commercial leadership to update and discuss program performance and provide relevant regional support to drive impact.

In this role, you’ll need …

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of related work experience is required. Of this, at least 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations capacity is required.
  • Preference will be for experience in the dental industry
  • Experience with Marketing Excellence, including running Analytics is required. SFDC experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment / having Stakeholder Management experience is preferred.
  • Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple groups and organizational levels (internal and external) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed. Mandarin or Japanese language skills is a plus
