Job description: Position Title: Product Marketing Manager Position Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Minimum 5+ years of experience is required. Proven record of accomplishment in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for AI/ML products. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market research and customer insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and create high-quality marketing collateral. Experience in creating and delivering effective presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and analytics platforms. Passion for AI/ML technologies and a desire to stay up to date with the latest advancements and market trends. Prior experience in the AIML, PaaS, or SaaS (Software as a Service) industry is highly desirable. Position Education and Experience (required and preferred): A master's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is often required. Position Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify target customer segments, understand their needs, and evaluate competitors' offerings. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to deeply understand the features, capabilities, and use cases of our AI/ML products. Create compelling product messaging, value propositions, and positioning that effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points of our AI/ML solutions. Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including product datasheets, white papers, case studies, and presentations, to support sales and customer education efforts. Enable the sales team by providing them with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively promote and sell our AI/ML products. Support the development of sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, demo scripts, and FAQs, to address customer questions and objections. Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive product adoption. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation. Work closely with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights, testimonials, and success stories that can be leveraged in marketing activities.
