Job description: Responsibilities: Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing function including marketing databases, emails, and campaigns across a variety of digital marketing channels, such as Paid Search, Google Display, Ad-word, Discovery, ACE, Video & Pmax campaigns, Facebook & Instagram. Oversee and manage digital content, creatives, influencers, contests, and giveaways Drive new subscriber growth through paid and organic media channels. Improve lead generation results (more leads, more lead sources, lower cost per lead) To work with media agencies to set the yearly media strategy for various 'always on' campaigns, while setting monthly & yearly KPIs for media agencies to achieve. Develop and monitor campaign budgets. Ability to manage ROAS, PPC, CPA, etc. Manage and optimize e-commerce marketplaces Manage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys, etc. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance against business targets, using tools such as google analytics and recommend optimizations to achieve planned numbers Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. Leverage data and analytical insights to drive strategy and recommendations across business functions including website / social performance, data partnerships, and programmatic campaign performance Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. Use a process of testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations Find and target relevant audience, conduct surveys where needed Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Role requirements: 5-6 years' experience in marketing of OTC/ wellness / pharma/ personal care products. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics Experience with personal care brands, D2C brands will be a plus Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex solutions Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Master's degree in marketing or relevant field
