The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in performance marketing channels, and the ability to optimize campaigns for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. 2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience segments and optimize campaign targeting. 3. Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign performance, including ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. 4. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. 5. Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivering within allocated spend limits. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. 8. Track and report on campaign performance, presenting findings to stakeholders and making recommendations for future campaigns. 9. Identify and evaluate new performance marketing opportunities to expand reach and drive business growth. 10. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to performance marketing. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and achieving ROI targets. 3. In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms. 4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or similar. 5. Excellent understanding of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques. 6. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms. 7. Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 9. Strong communication and presentation skills. 10.
