Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Expert. The Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with developing and implementing the strategies for the businesses to generate leads and revenue growth using different marketing channels like google ads, social media marketing, other paid channels marketing, organic growth, etc. and managing sales marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company and associated partners or clients. Qualifications Strong communication skills In depth digital marketing knowledge Social Media Marketing skills Marketing Strategy skills Experience in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns on multiple channels such as search, social, display & email marketing. Expertise in leveraging analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, looker studio, Power BI, etc. to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and in providing actionable insights to help optimize performance. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing analytical thinking and creativity in all aspects of marketing. Experience in working with a team to develop and execute marketing initiatives Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field Experience in the industry related to digital marketing company is a plus
