Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities. Develop compelling ad copies and creative assets to improve campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making data-driven adjustments to achieve KPIs. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement strategies to enhance landing page conversions and user experience. Continuously improve conversion rates to maximize ROI and lead generation. Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Identify and target specific audience segments for different real estate services. Refine audience targeting based on demographics, interests, and behaviors. Budget Management: Monitor daily and monthly budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources. Make budget recommendations based on campaign performance and business objectives. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics. Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. Prepare presentations to communicate results and recommendations to the management team. Stay Up-to-date with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
