Job description: Performance Marketing Executive Job Location: Mumbai Date of joining: Immediate Joiner Required As the Performance Marketing Executive, you will be in charge of the overall performance of the project. Your role will be to drive conversions at optimal costs per acquisition. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy. Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Regularly review and optimise all advertising campaigns to achieve SALE and ROAS targets. Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns. Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands digital channels and assets. Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback presents results. Skills Required Minimum 1 years experience running Ecommerce Purchase Conversion Ads Preferred persons with experience working with D2C brands in the cosmetic/ Fashion & lifestyle/ hygiene industry. Must have hands-on experience with running high budget monthly Ad Spending. Must have a basic understanding of Shopify as we are based on Shopify. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Graduation from a reputed institute or college. Hands-on expertise of working directly on various digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics etc. Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools. Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically. Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
