About Team:

Growth marketing team at Paytm performs these critical functions for our platform:

1. Traffic allocation to various growth use cases like payments, commerce, financial services according to user current interest and also propensity to adopt new use cases

2. Enhancing growth as a product platform with real time targeting, building a 360-degree customer profile and enhancing reach through most suitable channels

3. Evangelization of growth amongst various businesses of Paytm and ensuring best practices trickle down to all businesses.

Expectations/ Requirements:

As an Associate/Sr. Associate in Performance Marketing with 0-2 years of experience, your responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring and reporting on channels like Meta, Google, and other affiliate partners.

2. Becoming proficient in execution after 2-3 months of training.

3. Conducting market research on the latest trends in the payment space and digital marketing.

4. Researching competition ads, communication, offers, and preparing actionable summaries.

5. Collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to prioritize and complete tasks.

6. Learning and utilizing analytics tools to identify anomalies and trends.

7. Managing operations, including but not limited to vendor invoice management, onboarding, agreements, and payments.

8. Conducting timely meetings with vendors to discuss performance and actionable strategies for optimization.

9. Sharing error-free validation reports with vendors.

Skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. Working knowledge of marketing platforms like Meta/Google Ads and affiliates.

2. Experience working on Microsoft Excel, Spreadsheets and Powerpoint.

3. Good understanding of Web & App analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, AppsFlyer, Branch, etc.

4. Should be able to analyse and make required decisions on the campaigns to enhance effectiveness

5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
