JOB PURPOSE :

- We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications person who will lead all initiatives related to branding, events and marketing collaterals. The person will play a key role in planning and implementation of all key projects related to design, events, branding, and projects related to brand's exposure to external and internal audiences.
- The National Lead for marketing communications will also be responsible for stakeholder management vis-a-vis such initiatives. environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Media Relations team and the Research & Content Head to consistent messaging.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Responsible for design, implementation & delivery of marketing strategy for internal & external communications
- Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategy
- Managing creative agencies and retainer partners
- Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
- Collaborating with senior team members across group companies to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding opportunities
- Sourcing talent to ensure the curation and retention of specialist skill sets in the team.
- Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company's values and championing the leadership behaviour framework.
- Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets.
