Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives aimed at enhancing investor awareness, the MFD acquisition vertical, overseeing MFD initiatives, and implementing ZOHO CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor Awareness Program:

- Hire agencies to conduct Corporate IAPs and Media IAPs.

- Create programs to help people understand how investing works and why it's important.

- Collaborate with different teams to develop interesting content, run campaigns, and organize events that educate people about money and investing.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and suggest ways to enhance them.

2. MFD Acquisition And MFD Initiatives:

- Find and bring in new MFDs by engaging in various activities to grow our business.

- Generate ideas and projects to help MFDs expand and grow their business.

- Collaborate with others to create plans, training sessions, and rewards to support MFDs' growth and success.

- Monitor the performance of our plans and use data to recommend improvements.

3. ZOHO CRM Implementation:

- If the person has a good understanding of MF, then he/she would be able to handle this CRM implementation.

- Manage the implementation of ZOHO CRM, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with existing systems.

- Provide training and support to teams on ZOHO CRM usage and best practices.

- Regularly evaluate CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT to implement enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly mutual funds.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MF Sales Business is MUST

- Proven experience in marketing and business development.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.

- Proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving KPIs.
