Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Trainee with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Marketing Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our services. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role
- Familiarity with marketing principles, concepts, and tactics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Assist in the creation of marketing collaterals, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Support the marketing team in maintaining social media presence and engaging with followers
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and trade shows
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Contribute to the brainstorming and creative process for marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
Expected salary: Rs.35000 per month
