Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communicating with customers and conducting market research to understand customer needs. The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for developing sales strategies and marketing plans. This role is located in Aranghata, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Effective communication and customer service skills Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data Experience in sales and marketing strategy development Ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
