Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Experience : 2 - 3 Yrs Location : Bangalore Designation : Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities include : Creation of Emails and Landing pages for email campaigns using email builder and landing page builder tools (no coding is required) Creation of blast email campaigns as well as triggered communications Creation of Marketo programs for marketing channels and enabling its tracking and synchronization with SFDC and other marketing tools Managing lists uploads for marketing campaigns Keep management and stakeholders informed by preparing and presenting reports and making data-driven recommendations Establish and adhere to team and company goals and deliverables Experience Requirements : 2-3 years of marketing experience and a desire to grow in the field of email marketing/automation 1+ years experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc. Understanding the metrics of email marketing campaigns and ability to analyze email performance Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methods Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while keeping a keen eye on detail and accuracy Desired Skills : Experience with other marketing operations-related tools (CRM, QA systems, mobile notification platforms, email builders, CMS systems etc.) Interpersonal skills : Great people skills: genuine, warm, positive, engaging, connects well with people, friendly, empathic, shows tact and poise under pressure when dealing with difficult interpersonal situations, and a high degree of patience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
