About The Role The Campaign Operations team at Rippling is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee a team of campaign operations associates responsible for the day to day execution of marketing campaigns and ad-hoc data management tasks. This team sits within the marketing operations function and works cross functionally with rev ops, marketing, and sales. In this role you'll work closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to create and enforce SLAs for a variety of operations support needs. What you will d o Manage a team of two marketing operations associates who will be focused on execution of a variety of campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, webinars, and more. Manage the sprints process carried out by the operations associates including: planning the bi-weekly sprint, monitoring the ticket backlog in Jira to assign incoming work, and escalating potential issues to the Senior Manager. Assist with building audiences and emails for marketing campaigns based on inputs from the marketing and operations team and ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals. Ensure active marketing campaigns are error free by monitoring key systems including Outreach and Salesforce. Work with the marketing operations team to implement processes that streamline onboarding/offboarding internal users across many of our sales and marketing systems. Work with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to create and enforce SLAs for a variety of day to day operations support needs. What You Will Need 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing or sales operations role with some experience managing a team Experience operating as a system administrator in marketing and sales tools is required (Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, etc ) Experience writing SQL queries and/or working in databases like Snowflake is a plus Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively manage a queue of campaign requests and data management tasks in a fast-paced timeline-driven environment.
