Job description: Role Description To achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing both sales team and customers. To design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence. To build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. To present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. To identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. To analyse marketing trends and competitors' activities in region. To create execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach. To meet and interact with the potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs. To follow up and collection of payments with the customers. To develop new markets, establishing market and achieving the targeted goals through demonstrated abilities in enhancing business volumes. To identifying and acquiring new customers as well as up-selling to the existing customer base across region. To effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure. To prepare regular reports and conducting monthly meetings to review sales performance. To handle and motivate the team to achieve the sales targets on time. To monitor and analyse the performance of team members and assigning them targets/tasks on regular basis. Qualifications; Experience in Herbal Extracts , Nutraceuticals B2B sales Experience in marketing strategy and campaign management.
