Job description: Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager at Nicobar, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and promote sales growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's image and positioning in the market. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills will be key in executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop Marketing and Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the marketing strategy that aligns with Nicobar's brand vision and business objectives. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts accordingly. 2. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand integrity across all marketing communications, including digital platforms, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials. Monitor brand perception and manage brand reputation effectively. 3. Digital Marketing: Lead and oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including website management, email marketing, social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content creation. Stay updated with industry trends and leverage digital channels to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. 4. Collaborations & Influencers: Initiate and lead interactions with celebrity stylists for apparel and house and home to ensure maximum exposure that's on- brand. 5. Campaign Planning and Execution: - Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. - Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights. - Steer Monthly Business Review reports, charting campaign performance and crafting Insights. - Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals and maximize return on investment. Monitor expenditures, track campaign costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Requirements: 2+ years of work experience Proven work experience/ internships in Marketing Manager or in a similar role. An understanding of marketing channels, strategies, and best practices. Strong understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ability to extract insights for campaign optimization. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
