We are looking for a dynamic individual to contribute to our continued success and growth. Responsibilities: 1. Expand our network through registered platforms and events. 2. Foster relationships with both existing and potential clients through effective PR activities. 3. Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their unique requirements. 4. Generate leads using various channels, including Saturday Shumta Mart and personal networks. 5. Manage the lead funnel, maintain a comprehensive client database, and diligently track progress. 6. Collaborate closely with our Director, Mr. Amit Drav, to understand and analyze client requirements. 7. Summarize client requirements for internal decision-making processes. 8. Assist in the meticulous preparation of quotations, encompassing the scope of work, pricing details, inclusions, exclusions, timeline, payment terms, and general terms. 9. Transmit quotations to clients and arrange meetings for clarification and detailed discussion. 10. Provide essential backend support for client meetings. 11. Address client queries and counteroffers promptly and professionally. 12. Work diligently towards the closure of deals through effective negotiation meetings. 13. Finalize and formalize terms and conditions with clients for the commencement of projects. Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within MEP design consultancy or architectural firms. - Educational background: BE in Mech/Prod/Electrical/Other & MBA in Marketing. Remuneration: - Salary will be commensurate with experience. - Actual reimbursement of travel, stationary, and food costs during business travel.
