Job description: Responsibilities : Work with Marketing and Academic teams to conduct brand events for community members to encourage user activity. Come up with new marketing strategies and channels and set up processes for ongoing marketing activities. Taking a Lead on the Marketing Acquisition Funnel on YouTube Category - Market Research, Strong Negotiation, GTM Strategies Execution. Building relationships with the associated partners through regular meetings and calls. Developing retention and engagement strategies to increase the efficiency of the community. Establishing Newton School Coding Club across all the Engineering colleges across the country Sourcing schools, colleges, influencers, and societies for successful collaboration Branding through specific events in Engineering Colleges and Schools - Pan India. Be the Team Player in the Growth and Marketing Operation activities. Working with the Core Marketing Team directly with Associate Directors and Founders of Newton School Join the Core Team if you are looking forward to becoming the Marketing Genius Key Skills : Excellent communication (verbal and written) in English and Hindi, and public speaking skills Quick learner and strong leadership skills Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in market expansion.
