Job description: - Evaluate existing tools, platform and make the right decision to have a seamless workflow across various marketing activities.

- Execution of marketing campaingn - ensure proper cooridination, review and revision of marketing activities to optimize each channel performance.

- Define an execute content strategy monitor content performance and modifications to drive engagement and conversations.

- Track, manage customer leads to optimize interactions using the marketing platforms and tools. Segment audience, personalise communication, leverage on insights from customer to improve marketing effectiveness.

- Conduct A/B testing- analyze results, make modifications to improve campaign performance , customer experience and return on investment.

- Budget management - optimize budget spent to get maximum results.

- Team managment - provide guidance, directions to achieve shared company goals. Colloborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of digital marketing actitivities. Conduct one on one reviews with team members, mid & half year appraisals.

- Define plans to continoulsly monitor and report market/industry trends, new tools, industry best pratisces, competitor analysis.
