About the Role: Content Creation: Developing high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to the specific requirements and limitations of each social media platform. Graphic Design: Utilizing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software to create visually captivating graphics, infographics, banners, and other promotional materials. Video Production: Creating and editing videos optimized for social media, such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or other short-form video content that grabs the attention of the audience. Content Strategy: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute cohesive social media content aligned with the brand's goals and target audience. Developing content for the website that is brand consistent, well-researched and produced to deadline on a variety of topics and subjects. Responsibilities and Duties Skills & Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Content Marketing, Digital Content development or Graphics designing role. Proficient in crafting captivating and visually appealing content for diverse social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Possessing strong graphic design skills using software such as Canva, Photoshop or similar tools to create visually stunning visuals and promotional materials. Demonstrating a keen awareness of social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms, enabling the creation of timely and engaging content that captivates the audience's interest. Having hands-on experience in video production, including expertise in video editing software and the ability to create captivating videos optimized for social media platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels. A certificate course of graphic design is preferred. A sense of humor is highly valuable! Nice to have: Minimum 3 years of experience Experience in Social Media Content Generation, Graphic Design, and Content Creation for Instagram reels and YouTube shorts is preferred Basic understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing and keywords Course in graphic design is preferred Bilingual proficiency in English language Social Media Account Management Strong and reliable internet connection is a must have requirement.
