Job description: What you'll own?
- Content: Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our target audience, demonstrating your knack for storytelling and engagement.
- Multi-Channel: Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and more.
- User Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and convert new users while retaining and nurturing our existing customer base.
- Experimentation and Testing: Continuously A/B test campaigns, landing pages, and other assets to optimize performance and conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Detailed responsibilities:
- Manage the company's reach and reputation and review platforms like Product Hunt, Capterra, G2, Trust radius etc.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales and channel teams with the tools and marketing assets they need to be successful, including competitive insights, battle cards, presentation decks, use case videos, and product demos.
- Product Launches: Work with cross-functional teams and drive the launch of new products or features. Create and maintain feature launch pipelines and drive email engagement with existing and prospect users.
- Use CRM to drive segmented, personalised email campaigns. Dive deep into the customer persona and problem statement for each segment of user and nudge them time and again with a personalised solution.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Be accountable for measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the product marketing assets deployed.
- Create & manage a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (organic, email, personalization, paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, mobile, affiliate, etc) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns.
- Designing and implement newer content strategies - podcasts, customer interview, case studies etc.
- Plan and implement highly engaging content across formats to help drive top of the funnel (ToFU) (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, brochures, webpages, emails, newsletters, social media posts, and more)
- Developing and implementing effective SEO/SEM strategies
- Social Media Management through proactive content creation & posting, community management, podcast.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Proven experience in enterprise-SaaS marketing, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional content creation skills, including writing, design, and video.
- A passion for technology, innovation, and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Expert-level familiarity with Paid ads, Social Media, Web analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM- hands-on experience with all platforms and tools is a must
- Persistence and diligence to 'go the extra mile'.
You have the ability to easily switch context based on audience, translate needs from one team to another, and influence stakeholders to achieve alignment.
