Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and clients, and driving the company's growth strategy. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns. Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth. Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of market research and analysis.
