This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing. strategies, including both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for following the power of online marketing to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy:Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to meet business objectives and enhance our presence in the textile industry for Ashvira Fashions Pvt. Ltd. And Fine Decor. ATL Campaigns/ BTL Initiatives:Plan and execute above-the-line (ATL) marketing campaigns, and outdoor advertising, to create broad brand awareness. Implement below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities such as trade shows, events, sponsorships, and direct marketing to engage with specific target audiences effectively. Online Marketing:Leverage digital channels and platforms to enhance our online presence, including website management, email marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising. Content Creation:Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. Market Research:Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to align marketing efforts and support sales goals. Brand Management:Maintain and strengthen the companys brand image through consistent messaging and design across all marketing materials. Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and customer engagement metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Budget Management:Efficiently manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact. Requirements Technical Skills Social Media Tools: Proficiency in using social media management tools. Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with email marketing. PPC Platforms: Mastery of platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads for creating and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns. Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing campaign performance. Google Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion goals. Required Education / Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Strong knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies Experience require 1 to 3 years in brand building
