Job description: The ideal candidate is a highly organized, tech-savvy self-starter who will collaborate with the marketing team to build and strategize new marketing campaigns. You will be managing different projects and providing support for advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly understand market segments, buyer personas, and vendorscape to build deeply persuasive and differentiated messaging across different channels (social media, website, events etc.) Interpret tech notes and product briefs to develop and produce creative concepts and original copy for various digital mediums from scratch. Strategize, plan and execute self-organized and external events, tradeshows and conferences to drive demand generation and increase brand awareness Bring a growth mindset and own the lead generation from events, working cross-functionally to ensure leads are nurtured down the funnel and a structured feedback loop with sales and inside sales is maintained. Be an operational genie when it comes to events and social media operations and processes Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's messaging and positioning for building brand awareness, thought leadership and recall value. Contribute content for email copies, product announcements, web copies, ad copies, newsletters, press releases and more. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in social media and content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS (preferably Biopharma/biotech) in the US market. Background in Life Sciences, Biotech, Engineering, Applied Sciences or similar field. Stronghold and understanding of the social listening and social management tools. Strong event management and operational skills, and experience of having planned and managed small and large scale events. Excellent communication skills and ability to write and edit witty and engaging social media content Experience in social media optimization (SMO) to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
