Job description: Company Description Netclan Explorer is a free social networking app that connects unconnected users in a user-selected radius. Users once connected can chat, post, share media, make free audio and video calls, create business cards, and make hyperlocal groups. Business users and Merchants can create free dynamic listings with their detailed profiles and add their pics, videos, and docs to the gallery. they can add offers and promotions to their profiles. The app is designed to promote human-to-human interactions and is available for individual, professional, and merchant users. Role Description This is a part-time remote internship role for Marketing and Sales Interns. The Marketing and Sales Interns will be responsible for Market Research, Marketing Strategy, Sales, Customer Service, and Communication. The interns will assist in onboarding business users and Merchants onto to Netclan Explorer App by direct contact, field visit in their own city, or through online meetings with prospective Business users and Merchant users of the app. The Interns shall be able to communicate the features and use cases of the Netclan App to help users create their complete profiles, and add their photo-video gallery, offers, etc. for initializing the users on the app. They will be responsible for customer service, responding to inquiries, and feedback from customers. Qualifications Strong Communication skills in local language and English Experience in Market Research and Sales preferably in the promotion of mobile applications Knowledge of Marketing Strategies Customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience with Social Media Platforms Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Fluency in additional languages is a plus Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field Strong organizational and time management skills An interest in social networking and community building is a plus The BBA/MBA/Communications/commerce students for compulsory college internship may apply for the Marketing Lead (Internship) mentioning their city of operations. Stipend & Incentives Stipends and Incentives will be discussed based on the operational geography of the interns and KRA/target deliveries.
