Job description: Job Title: Marketing and Communications Executive Department: Marketing and Business Development Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing cum BD Executive with 1-2 years of experience working in a consultancy environment. This role will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and business development. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of LinkedIn. Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Create and manage high-quality content for social media platforms, including blog posts, articles, and infographics. Identify and target potential clients using LinkedIn outreach, social media, email marketing, and other online channels Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders. Manage and track a pipeline of qualified leads and performance metrics. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships with potential clients. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, developments and competitors Qualifications: setting Benefits: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a consultancy or agency Proven ability to generate leads, develop strong client relationships, and build brand awareness. Experience with content creation, including writing, editing, and digital design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong marketing and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of social media marketing platforms, including LinkedIn. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
